By using Film Room, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Using Film Room

Film Room lets you review, draw on, and export video. You may use it for coaching, teaching, and personal analysis. You must be at least 13 years old, or have permission from a parent, guardian, or school.

Your content

You own your videos, drawings, and notes. You are responsible for having the right to use any footage you open, including footage from Hudl, YouTube, Google Drive, or other sources. Follow those services' own terms.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or break the law.

Plans and pricing

Film Room is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you before any charge, and you'll choose whether to subscribe.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Film Room to break the law or infringe others' rights.
• Don't try to disrupt, hack, or reverse engineer the service.
• Don't resell the service without our permission.

No warranty

Film Room is provided "as is." Because your videos are stored only on your device, keep your own backups. We are not responsible for lost files or projects.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Film Room is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use Film Room after changes means you accept them.
