Privacy Policy

Film Room is a video analysis tool for coaches. We built it so your film stays yours. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Your videos stay on your device

Videos you open in Film Room are processed in your browser. We do not upload, store, or view your footage. Your drawings, notes, and clips are saved in your own browser storage.

Account information

If you create an account, we store your email address and your plan details so you can sign in and use your features. Using Film Room without an account is allowed.

Google Drive

If you choose to connect Google Drive, Film Room requests read-only access so you can browse and open your own videos and files shared with you. When you open a file, it is passed straight to your device; we do not keep a copy. We store only an encrypted connection key so you don't have to reconnect each time. You can disconnect at any time inside Film Room or from your Google Account settings.

Film Room's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google data, use it for advertising, or let people read it.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal information.
• We don't show ads.
• We don't train AI models on your footage.

Deleting your data

You can clear local projects from your browser at any time. To delete your account and its stored information, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
